Business Management Trainee – Entry Level

What You’ll Do

As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll participate in a hands-on development program focused on leadership, operations, and campaign execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in paid leadership training, mentorship, and professional development programs
• Coordinate and support fundraising, marketing, and community outreach events
• Assist with event planning, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and event locations
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve outreach strategies
• Develop skills in team leadership, communication, client relations, and business operations
• Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
