The Business Management Trainee will be responsible for every stage of the sales process: prospecting, presenting, and closing.
As a Business Management Trainee, you don't just sign customers up; you design the future for Ontario’s local businesses. You will oversee the sales of AT&T Business wireless plans, so businesses never have to worry. Because the Business Management Trainee is mastering the art of sales, they’ll soon be coaching sales teams on how to land high-volume sales.
Responsibilities of the Business Management Trainee
- Connect with businesses to discuss how AT&T Business solutions can streamline their communications and data management processes.
- Practice active listening to uncover pain points, allowing you to craft personalized sales pitches that resonate with specific industry needs.
- Present AT&T’s business offerings in a clear, jargon-free manner, ensuring businesses are confident in the value and reliability of the proposed solutions.
- Monitor account progress and support the retention of existing businesses, demonstrating how consistent follow-up drives sustainable sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to help the team adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in sales performance.
- Gain hands-on experience in coaching peers on best practices for customer engagement, fostering a culture of excellence in professional sales.
Qualifications of the Business Management Trainee
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
