Our Business Management team plays a central role in supporting the Personal Banking division at Macquarie, driving both daily operations and strategic development. Working within the Chief Operating Officer's team, we collaborate across sales, product, finance, and risk to ensure the division runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.

What role will you play?

As a Manager within the Business Management team, you will help deliver operational stability and strategic progress for Personal Banking, working closely with stakeholders to support performance, budgets, risk, and key priorities. You will translate data into decisions through analysis of business performance, enable governance and reporting, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes. You will drive efficiency through process improvements and automation, deliver strategic deep-dives, and equip the sales team with actionable, data-driven insights and performance outputs. You will also support clear communication, foster a collaborative team culture, and gain broad exposure while building strong commercial and analytical expertise.
