Looking for an internship where you'll do more than observe from the sidelines?

At Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo DTO, our Business Marketing Intern will work directly with restaurant leadership to develop, execute, and measure a real marketing growth strategy. You'll take ownership of a meaningful business initiative and have the opportunity to see the impact of your work firsthand.

This isn't about busy work. You'll own a project from idea to results.

Your Mission

You'll take the lead on one key growth initiative, such as:

• Growing our Catering Business
• Expanding community marketing events and Mobile Trailer opportunities
• Growing our Delivery and Mobile-Thru Business

You'll research opportunities, develop a strategy, put your ideas into action, track results, and present your recommendations to leadership.

What You'll Do

• Research customer, community, and business growth opportunities
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan
• Create engaging marketing campaigns and materials
• Collaborate directly with restaurant leadership and Team Members
• Help build sustainable marketing tools and systems
• Track results and use data to improve your strategy
• Gather feedback and adjust campaigns in real time
• Present your results, insights, and recommendations to leadership

• Junior or Senior undergraduate student pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related degree
• Student currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into action
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of a project
