The Business Marketing Manager, Cybersecurity leads marketing for Philips North America's upgrade, cybersecurity, and secure connectivity service offerings to grow profitable services revenue. You will drive offer design, value proposition, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer communications while engaging CIOs, CISOs, and biomedical leaders to align services with market needs. Internally, you will coordinate across product, sales, operations, finance, legal, and global service teams to shape customer-centric, market-driven solutions that optimize imaging device performance and reduce cybersecurity risk.
Your role:
Develop and manage a localized portfolio of upgrade, secure remote connectivity, and cybersecurity services that improve imaging system availability and reduce medical device cyber risk, including value propositions, ROI models, pricing guidelines, and customer-facing collateral.
Identify customer requirements, validate install-base data and upgrade eligibility, and define targeted lifecycle and upgrade strategies using accurate data sources, reporting frameworks, and opportunity identification.
Lead demand-generation and funnel-to-revenue marketing programs-campaigns, KPIs, customer journeys, dashboards, and sales enablement-to drive attachment, upgrade conversion, and measurable services revenue growth.
Act as the customer-facing business lead in strategic engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and biomedical leaders, and gather market/competitive insights to shape offers and inform North America input to global service strategy.
Drive cross-functional alignment across product, global services, field marketing, service delivery, sales, finance, legal, and operations to ensure compliant execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of the services portfolio.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or equivalent field; MBA preferred
Knowledge and experience 7+ years working in a high technology cybersecurity service / government cybersecurity contractor / healthcare environment
Deep expertise in CIO/CISO cybersecurity requirements and medical-device endpoint risk mitigation, with proven experience launching and marketing service-based offerings and translating customer security needs into product/service solutions.
Strategic, results-driven marketer and change agent: strong track record developing and executing marketing/business plans, driving measurable outcomes on time and on budget, and leveraging analytical problem-solving and project management to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with C‑suite and practitioner-level engagement skills, global collaboration experience, high energy, creativity, and the ability to operate independently while facilitating groups and influencing stakeholders.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $109,200 to $174,720.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
