Job Description

With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West Oahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West Oahu's only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women's center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawaii that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

In the Otolaryngology department, our board-certified physicians specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and surgery of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. This team of professionals oversees patients with loss of hearing or balance; sinus troubles; injuries to the ears, nose or throat; cancer and tumors of the head and neck; infections and deformities of the ear, nose, throat or neck; and foreign bodies in the upper respiratory tract.

If you are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, you form part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and efficiency of the Otolaryngology department. As the Business Office Assistant, you will support the general operations, including functions related to patient scheduling, registration, charge capture, and data entry.
