Vineyard Post Acute | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $23-$25/hour

Vineyard Post Acute is looking for a Business Office Assistant to join our team! This is more than an office job-it's an opportunity to be an important part of the daily experience of our residents, families, and staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll help keep our Business Office organized, efficient, and ready to support our residents and team. Your day may include:

• Assisting with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Supporting billing, financial reporting, and daily office operations
• Helping residents and families navigate Medi-Cal applications
• Managing resident trust funds with accuracy and care
• Handling bank deposits and other banking responsibilities
• Keeping office supplies stocked and organized
• Providing administrative support wherever it's needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping others
• Compassionate and professional when working with residents and families
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experienced in office administration, billing, or healthcare administration (preferred)
• Familiar with Medi-Cal (a plus!)
• Committed to confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance
