Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Office Coordinator position.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business/administration office. In addition, this role will operate as the community’s business office designee and will serve as the back-up to the HR & Recruitment Coordinator. Supports the Business Office Manager and assists with contract signings, scanning documents, and verifying census for all levels of care, including outpatient therapy.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years' business office related experience showing progressively increasing responsibility

Pay Range: $24.21 - $29.96 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
