We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Office Coordinator to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our skilled nursing center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Support daily business office operations and administrative functions.
- Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and team members.
- Maintain resident financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable, cash handling, and office financial processes.
- Support resident trust fund administration.
- Coordinate mail distribution and office correspondence.
- Partner with centralized billing and revenue cycle teams.
- Assist facility leadership with reporting and administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Prior healthcare/business office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
