The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting Business Office functions, and overseeing the daily administrative and support operations for multiple Support Department teams. This role ensures efficient office management, first point of contact for stakeholders, compliance with company communications, and supports Arrow operations by providing operational and team coordination.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University required. High School diploma or GED and a combination of 3-4 years of work experience and education in lieu of degree. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
