The Business Office Manager is responsible for the efficient running of our healthcare office and requires someone with prior experience as a Business Office Manager. This position handles RFMS, financial screenings for Medicaid, collections refunds, complete 148s, manage resident trust fund, post payments and participate in triple check calls.

Duties:

  • Financial screenings for Medicaid
  • Medical records management
  • Support of HR functions
  • Day to day management of office
  • Keeping accurate record of patient charts
  • Data entry for accounts

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Computer and Microsoft office knowledge
  • Medical terminology
  • Minimum one year Business Office Management experience in a nursing home
