Business Office Manager (BOM) Responsibilities:

Medicaid application processing, assist with cash collections, census daily update, payor changes, level of care, nomnics, entering collection notes in PCC, screening for long term, depositing checks daily, RMS updated daily, resident petty cash intake and out take, attend weekly UR meeting, and triple check.

Qualifications:

• Business/Admissions Experience

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products

• Experience with Medicaid

• Experience in the business office or in a managerial position in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required
