Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring a Business Office Manager to take ownership of billing, collections, and financial operations in our skilled nursing facility. If you're organized, detail-driven, and ready to step into a key leadership role, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Own billing, collections, and private pay accounts
- Guide residents and families through financial obligations
- Manage Medicaid applications and supporting documentation
- Drive collections and reduce outstanding balances
- Oversee aging reports and ensure timely follow-up
- Execute admissions agreements
- Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals
- Maintain accurate, compliant financial and resident records
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in billing, collections, or a business office role (healthcare/LTC a plus)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferred
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Confident communicator comfortable discussing finances
- Ability to prioritize and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
