Description
We are seeking an organized and motivated Human Resources/Business Office Manager to oversee daily HR and business office operations in our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, accounts payable/receivable, resident billing support, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee records.
Process payroll, benefits, timecards, and HR documentation.
Oversee accounts payable, resident trust accounts, billing support, and collections.
Assist with insurance verification, admissions, and financial communications with residents and families.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, and company policies.
Supervise business office staff and support the Executive Director with financial and operational reporting.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and performance management.
Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources, Business Office Management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of payroll, employee relations, accounts payable/receivable, and HR compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS and healthcare software experience is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
