    Description

    We are seeking an organized and motivated Human Resources/Business Office Manager to oversee daily HR and business office operations in our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, accounts payable/receivable, resident billing support, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee records.
    • Process payroll, benefits, timecards, and HR documentation.
    • Oversee accounts payable, resident trust accounts, billing support, and collections.
    • Assist with insurance verification, admissions, and financial communications with residents and families.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, and company policies.
    • Supervise business office staff and support the Executive Director with financial and operational reporting.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and performance management.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Human Resources, Business Office Management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Knowledge of payroll, employee relations, accounts payable/receivable, and HR compliance.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS and healthcare software experience is a plus.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
