    As our Business Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in the success of the facility, supporting financial operations, human resources, payroll, admissions, and resident services while helping ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and employees.

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
    • Manage billing, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting
    • Support payroll, human resources, and employee records management
    • Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and resident trust processes
    • Coordinate admissions, census reporting, and resident account management
    • Supervise and support business office staff
    • Partner with facility leadership to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
     

    What You'll Need

    • Skilled nursing facility experience required
    • Experience with healthcare billing, reimbursement, and business office operations
    • Leadership or supervisory experience
    • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
    • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
