Job Summary for Business Operational Readiness Analyst Underwriting

- Serve as the central coordinator ensuring underwriting is prepared for new business capabilities, technology platforms, process improvements, and operational changes.
- Lead development and execution of operational readiness plans from planning through deployment and stabilization.
- Coordinate readiness activities across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, finance, and support teams.
- Develop and manage detailed readiness plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Facilitate go-live readiness assessments, deployment approvals, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Assess and document impacts of new capabilities on underwriting processes and operations.
- Coordinate creation of future-state workflows, process documentation, and operating procedures.
- Support process efficiency improvements through standardization and automation.
- Partner with change management to drive business adoption, onboarding, and training strategies.
- Coordinate rollout activities and post-deployment support, measuring adoption and readiness outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders and ensure organizational alignment for transformation initiatives.
- Oversee business participation in user acceptance testing, pilot testing, and production readiness activities.
- Validate operational impacts, support requirements, and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to assess impacts on business controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support SOX, audit, and compliance readiness activities; ensure operational risks are identified and addressed.
- Develop and maintain readiness metrics, dashboards, executive reporting, and traceability of all readiness activities.
- Present readiness status, business impacts, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure minimal operational disruption and high stakeholder satisfaction during implementations.
- Drive improvement in adoption, productivity, process efficiency, and risk/control management.
