Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 months

Work Engagement: W2

Work Schedule: Hybrid (1 month on site training, then hybrid schedule)

Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end complex issues to resolution for the Loan IQ platform

  • Provide real time feedback back to product team and vendor on issues/enhancements

  • Report and log all defects identified

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner's, business SME's and technology

  • Drive control room operations post conversions to ensure a white glove service to operations users and quickly resolving key issues

  • Participate in business validation and release activities

  • Assist in Key activities such as post conversion scrubs

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • 4+ yrs LoanIQ experience

  • 4+yrs Banking Operations experience

  • Experience with planning and execution

  • Previous experience working closely with Stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Production support experience

  • Transformation project experience
