Overview The Opportunity: As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in how our agency understands and manages its resources and scope. You will be responsible for reporting on and analyzing scope and resource data to guide projected resource plans - work that directly informs strategic decisions across the agency. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis while maintaining the consistency and integrity of data across all clients and workstreams. Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities include: Manage weekly data across all clients and resources. Consolidate and integrate reports across multiple sources. Support scope planning, client deadlines, and weekly internal reviews by preparing and communicating regular reporting on project pacing and staffing. Partner with resource and operations managers to understand variances in projects and staffing, and collaborate with resources across all levels and departments. Translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for leadership stakeholders. Gain exposure to, and provide support for, client-facing reports and meetings. Leverage AI-powered tools to improve forecasting, surface insights on seasonality, and automate manual reporting. Promote responsible and effective use of AI while ensuring appropriate financial oversight and business judgment. Maintain data accuracy and consistency across resource, financial, and client systems. Manage deadlines and communicate issues, concerns, and questions in a timely manner. Work extended hours, including weekends, as required. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Candidate experience should include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline. 2-4 years of experience in an operations, analytics, project management, resource management, or finance role. Consulting or agency background preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation. Demonstrated ability to aggregate, clean, and parse large datasets. Experience presenting data insights across multiple levels of an organization. Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate analysis, reporting, or forecasting. Experience in process management and improvement. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
