Akkodis is seeking a Business Operations Analyst Senior for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate with experience supporting mission-critical applications, troubleshooting production issues, and analyzing large datasets to ensure operational resiliency.
Rate Range: $70/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Operations Analyst Senior Job Responsibilities include:
Monitor and support mission-critical applications, promptly resolving production issues and ensuring application and process resiliency during assigned support shifts.
Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to identify trends, validate data, and support business and forecasting processes.
Troubleshoot application, data, and system-related issues across production and lower environments, providing timely resolution to users and stakeholders.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of forecasting engines, including end-to-end testing and impact analysis for model changes.
Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with business, technical, and project teams to communicate performance trends, manage environment-related activities, and support project delivery objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
3+ years of experience in application support, data analysis, production support, or a related technical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Excel, including scripting, data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting large datasets.
Knowledge of Fixed Income, Financial Analytics, forecasting models, and production support for mission-critical applications, with experience in JIRA and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
