As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Operations team. Using strong analytical and reporting skills, you will help leaders make data-driven decisions, identify process gaps, and drive operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets and create clear visualizations that communicate actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and analytical standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with stakeholders to promote long-term, data-driven decision-making over short-term fixes.
- Identify process gaps and deliver data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Support change management for data and process updates to ensure smooth implementation.
- Measure, track, and publish operational performance against defined metrics and targets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using advanced tools, including robotic process automation (RPA).
Minimum Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience in operations or analytics, focused on extracting and analyzing operational data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query) and/or Power BI.
- Strong self-learning mindset with the ability to independently acquire new skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Basic understanding of business operations and process flows.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, operations management, supply chain, project management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, modeling, and advanced analytics.
- Strong background in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- 1–2 years of experience with business process analysis, automation tools (e.g., RPA, BPM software), or workflow optimization.
