- On-site role at PHK; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
- Role will cover FTE mat leave, extension unlikely
- Degree preferred, not required
- 5+ years experience in a similar position required
Top must-have skills include the following:
- Calendar management (Outlook)
- Event planning experience
- Expense reporting familiarity (Coupa, Concur)
- Prior experience (HM wants to prioritize alumni first; will pivot to other candidates only if needed)
