Expected contract length: 11months
Team details & who they will work with: Working across Jordan Sports with the stand up concept office. They will take ideas that are made into products for consumers and identify rules and responsibilities, track progress, and help outline how the system will work.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 7+ YOE in business integration, operations, project management, product management, merchandising, or a related cross-functional business role.
Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience

Must have skills:
Background in marketing, merchandising, product creation, or apparel
Strong orchestrator of execution, strong Project management, some change management experience
Org design from start to end, has created self sustaining programs

Nice to have skills:
Enterprise or Agency Experience
Knowledge Go to Market processes
Comfortable working in ambiguity and can thrive in it
Cross functional leadership experience, High communicator for all seniority levels, direct management experience

Software/technical requirements:
Airtable, comfortable learning new systems
Previous industry experience preference: Yes
