We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team at GetWireless in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Only candidates located in or near Eden Prairie, Minnesota will be considered.
The Business Operations Associate will support the Operations group to ensure efficiency in tools and processes that effectively and harmoniously maintain operational productivity throughout the Company. The Business Operations Associate performs many tasks that contribute to the overall day-to-day operation of the Company. These include but are not limited to; ad-hoc reporting, system usage and troubleshooting, training, product management, and working with various departments to improve processes and provide useful insight to Executives. Collaborating with various inter-office departments is critical to the role; making it essential the BOA has excellent communication skills. They should also be able to lead and motivate individuals to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Business Operations Associate should be comfortable working independently and within multiple group settings to achieve operational excellence.
