The Windows Consumer Category organization owns the portfolio, category, channel, and ecosystem choices required to win share and grow Windows worldwide. Architect and run the Windows Consumer Category business operations - the weekly, monthly, and quarterly beats that align the organization on one trusted storyline and convert insight into crisp decisions, accountable owners, and disciplined follow-through. Lead the Category Manager community and turn field and partner signals into prioritized insights, escalations, and actions that improve execution, trust, and speed.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Capture signals from regions, retailers, OEMs, silicon partners, and sellers and translate them into prioritized themes and escalations.
  • Measure forum effectiveness, decision cycle time, action closure, and community engagement; automate recurring operating workflows.
