Job Summary:This role is for an agile and resourceful individual to drive early-stage tests from concept to market execution. You will be responsible for the hands-on management of pilot programs, ensuring all logistical and operational details are handled efficiently. The goal is to gather real-world customer insights to inform future scaling decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage pilot programs from inception to completion.
- Conduct on-site fieldwork to ensure test integrity and gather data.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Document customer interactions and test outcomes for analysis.
- Source and coordinate with external partners for test execution.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Strong bias towards action and delivering results quickly.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in operations, growth, product launches, consulting, or startup environments is highly valued.
