We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Knowledge Management Analyst to support the Law & Global Compliance (L&GC) organization. This high-impact role will focus on streamlining operational processes, managing legal subscriptions, supporting training programs, and leading strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Oversee subscriptions, memberships, and license compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement via Ariba, STAR, NoPO, or P-Card.
Track usage and expenses, prepare cost-savings analyses, and present recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate professional development programs, including CLE events.
Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel to manage training logistics.
Maintain accurate training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution.
Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Monitor project progress, manage risk, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level presentations and talking points.
Organize internal events (e.g., professional development series, recognition programs, Fireside Chats).
Create and distribute newsletters, toolkits, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Demonstrated project management experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint site administration.
Background in legal operations, compliance, or paralegal work.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and workflow standardization.
Familiarity with legal tech tools (e-discovery, legal research databases).
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and data-driven reports.
Understanding of Salesforce dashboards and reporting.
