Job Description
Our client in the Montreal area is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee the operational side of their business. This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining established processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the companys Montreal office, while ensuring directives are followed and fostering a stable, collaborative, and harmonious work environment.
What our client has to offer:
- Excellent compensation, with a maximum salary of $100,000 - $110,000.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational aspects of the business, including building maintenance, quality control, equipment repair/maintenance, truck issues, and logistics.
- Ensure building safety, health and safety compliance, and effectively handle government administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service managers to ensure tasks are completed and mitigate conflicts between sales and plant staff.
- Maintain proper staffing levels to support business growth and incoming orders.
- Manage and guide the Plant Manager and indirectly oversee warehouse and other operations staff.
- Ensure a harmonious work environment and that all staff adhere to company policies and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience (15 to 20+ years) in warehouse distribution operations
- Bilingual proficiency: English & French highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- A grasp of ISO standards is desired.
- Mature, humble, approachable, and a peacemaker with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to the head office in Hamilton and once every 4-6 weeks for a day.
