Under the direction of the Business Operations Division Manager, performs advanced professional and managerial work providing operational leadership and oversight of critical business functions within Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR). Responsiblefor coordinating department-wide budget development activities, procurement and contract administration support, financial and operational systems coordination, business process improvement initiatives, and continuity planning. Supervises professional staff and serves as a key liaison between operational staff and division leadership to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant business operations throughout the department.

Manages proactive assessments of fraud awareness, prevention, detection and risk mitigation activities in area of responsibility; oversees financial, compliance, operational and performance audits; reviews audit findings and ensures appropriate controls are established and implemented.

Starting Pay Range: $77,105.60 - $82,492.80, based on experience.
