Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity-bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.

Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We're tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.

The Role

As a Business Operations (BizOps) hire, you'll play a critical role in solving high-impact strategic and operational challenges across the company. You'll work directly with the founder's office and leadership team to turn vision into execution, bringing data-driven insights and operational rigor to our most pressing priorities.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the trajectory of a fast-growing startup by building the BizOps function from the ground up. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and product - a trusted problem-solver and thought partner to teams across the business.

What you will do

• Partner with the executive team to identify and drive forward high-leverage strategic initiatives across departments (e.g. go-to-market, pricing, international expansion, planning).
• Build scalable business processes to support rapid growth - from first principles through implementation.
• Define key metrics, build dashboards, and deliver insights that drive better decisions across the company.
• Structure and solve ambiguous business problems, distilling complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.
• Own strategic planning cadences, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and operating rhythms.
• Serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, helping translate vision into scalable execution.
• Run toward whatever is most pressing. Jump on the urgent, ambiguous, or unowned problems and drive them to resolution, whatever the function.
• Use AI to work faster and go deeper: automate analysis, accelerate research, prototype workflows, and build leverage the rest of the team can reuse.

What we are looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in a BizOps / Strategy & Operations / roles at a fast-scaling tech company.
• Proven track record of tackling unstructured problems and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you're comfortable modeling in Excel and wrangling data in tools like Looker or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can drive alignment and clarity across senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset and the ability to influence without authority.
• A genuine curiosity for how things work and a deep desire to make them better.
• AI fluency. You already use AI tools in your daily work and have sharp instincts for where they add leverage: speeding up analysis, research, drafting, and building repeatable workflows.
• A bias to run toward problems. You gravitate to the hardest thing in the room and are happy to work on anything that moves the business, regardless of scope or title.

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 annually + equity

(The final offer depends on your background, skills, and how you perform through the process. Were open to considering outlier candidates, which may result in an adjustment to the scope and compensation)
