Business Operations Program Manager, Global Business Planning, Supply Chain Management (Ic4)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Program Manager to support the Vice President of Global Business Planning, Supply Chain Management. This role will help drive the operating rhythm, cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and program execution required to scale OCI's global AI hyperscaler data center infrastructure.

The VP of Global Business Planning oversees global strategy and sourcing for OCI data centers. This Business Operations Program Manager will translate executive priorities into actionable plans, provide clear visibility into business performance and supply-chain risks, and help coordinate decisions across a complex global ecosystem of suppliers, contract manufacturers, engineering teams, capacity planners, finance partners, and logistics providers.

The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical program manager who is comfortable operating across global supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, capacity planning, delivery execution, and infrastructure readiness. They will bring structure to high-priority initiatives, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure leaders have the information needed to make timely, well-informed decisions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams, and communicates effectively with both operational teams and senior executives.
