Business Operations Reporting Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Reporting Analyst to support enterprise print operations through reporting, billing analysis, forecasting, and operational data management. This role will be responsible for maintaining recurring reporting processes, validating financial and volume data, supporting billing cycles, and identifying trends through data analysis.
The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, enjoys working with large datasets, and can effectively analyze, validate, and communicate operational and financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recurring monthly operational and financial reports
- Analyze volume, billing, and operational data to identify trends and forecasting opportunities
- Validate financial and production data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform billing cycle management activities and reporting support
- Research exceptions, reconcile discrepancies, and perform data corrections
- Create and maintain Excel-based reporting files and dashboards
- Load and manage data across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Support vendor invoice coordination and operational reporting activities
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and business partners on reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of business support, reporting, operations, or analyst experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP
- SUMIFS
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Power Query
- Financial reporting or billing analysis experience
- Forecasting and trend analysis experience
- Operations, finance, accounting, or reporting background
