- University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in Quality, Operations, or Supply Management, including new product introduction.
- U.S. Citizenship required
Position Summary EACS Operations Lead
- Maintain a culture of safety, quality, and compliance as a top priority.
- Support manufacturing plans and operational performance through collaboration with Program Managers and site operations.
- Drive operational readiness, production planning, inventory strategies, and risk mitigation efforts.
Responsibilities EACS Operations Lead
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Partner with Program Managers to support internal and customer communications regarding manufacturing plans and operational performance.
- Drive rapid resolution of quality, supply, and operational excellence issues.
- Develop inventory strategies and production schedules based on demand, lead times, capacity constraints, inventory targets, and material availability.
- Proactively identify and address risks to operational performance.
- Facilitate Supplier Request for Information (SRI) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
- Support Last Time Buy (LTB) and material substitution activities to ensure component availability.
- Provide inputs to the SI&OP process.
- Support Product Line Teams with rate readiness assessments, gap identification, and action plans to maintain production capacity, including labor, equipment, and tooling.
Preferred Qualifications EACS Operations Lead
- Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) processes.
- Customer relationship management skills and experience resolving operational challenges.
- Experience applying continuous improvement tools.
