Position Overview
As a Business Operations Support (BOS) team member, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. This role requires a blend of administrative prowess, sharp problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will work closely with various departments to streamline workflows, manage documentation, and ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Excellence: Manage day-to-day office operations, handle correspondence, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front-office environment.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update client/candidate profiles in our database, and assist with compliance tracking.
- Workflow Coordination: Assist the management team with scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Billing & HR Support: Provide foundational support for basic invoicing, expense tracking, and onboarding paperwork for new hires or contractors.
- Problem Solving: Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting minor administrative issues and optimizing daily office procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Has experience in an administrative, operations support, or office management role (experience in staffing or HR environments is a plus).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new CRM/ATS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Master of multitasking with a keen eye for detail and strong time-management skills.
- Location: Reliable transportation to work daily from our office located at 13105 Northwest Crossing, Houston, TX.
