Overview
This position is responsible for providing analysis and solution of complex business process and technical problems with a focus on improving operational effectiveness and excellence. The Business Operations Analyst will prepare and deliver well-constructed business insights to management, lead teams, and enhance other's understanding of business processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with a passion to optimize the decision-making process through rigorous utilization of data.

Qualifications
Associate Business Operations Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop.
In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization.
Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.
Intermediate Business Operations Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop.
In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization.
Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.
Business Operations Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree and 2+ years of analytical/problem solving experience.

Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree and 4+ years of analytical/problem solving experience.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop.
In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization.
Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or a quantitative discipline.
Possess an innate curiosity and a strong desire to solve problems.
Ability to tell a story from analysis to be able to identify/solve business opportunities.
