Position Title: Owner-Operator / Equity Partner (Sign & Graphics Franchise)

An established, high-performing franchised sign and graphics center in Aiken, SC is seeking a third business partner to join ownership as an Owner-Operator. The current ownership group intends to remain actively invested in the business while shifting their day-to-day focus toward other ventures and investments. As a result, this role is designed for an Owner-Operator who will take full responsibility for running the shop’s daily operations. The existing owners will provide ongoing guidance, strategic direction, and training to ensure a smooth transition and continued success, while empowering the new partner with the autonomy needed to lead and grow the business.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sign and graphics center
Lead, manage, and develop a small team of production and sales staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value and complex client projects
Ensure operational efficiency across sales, production, and installation workflows
Maintain high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency
Drive revenue growth through local business development and relationship management
Collaborate with existing ownership on strategic planning and performance goals
Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Proven leadership experience in operations, production, or small business management
