Budgeting, Paralegal, Property Management
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or certificate program in paralegal studies a big plus
- 7+ years of corporate/business, Foundation or Trust paralegal experience
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and resourcefulness
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Experience with 501c3 documents, Foundation, and Trusts
- Create corporate entity documents and file new and annual reports with appropriate government agencies, including the Nevada Secretary of State
- Prepare licensing and permits for various state agencies
- Prepare and maintain a database for all contracts and claims for multiple business entities
- Assist in any contracts
