About the RoleThe Business Partner, Black Belt sits within the Continuous Improvement team and drives
operational excellence by embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the
organization.
This role is responsible for leading and mentoring teams in Lean Six Sigma
methodologies, driving targeted short- and long-term
continuous improvement
initiatives, manages key projects, supports local plant efforts, and conducts analyses to
enable data-driven decision-making and operational solutions. By championing
Primient's values of integrity, growth, and excellence, the Business Partner, Black Belt
enhances efficiency, productivity and sustainable growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Process improvement Projects:
Lead process
improvement projects with Plant leadership and engineering teams
to enhance
plant
efficiency,
improve
product quality, and
reduce operating costs.
Develop and Report Performance Metrics:
Develop and monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Provide regular reports and insights to
project sponsors and leadership to track progress.
Manage Continuous Improvement (CI)
Deployment:
Manage the execution of
Lean
Six Sigma projects to drive process improvement and defect reduction, ensuring
alignment with operational goals and strategic initiatives.
Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Improvement:
Implement and support
plant level OEE tools and reporting. Lead improvement projects to optimize
equipment performance and contribute to strategic plant initiatives.
Utilize Data Management Tools
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to support operationalimprovements, streamline reporting, and manage plant data more efficiently.
Deliver Lean Six Sigma Trainings
Lead training initiatives, including Green Belt training,RCCA, Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), LSS awareness training, and
Regression Analysis, to build Lean Six Sigma capabilities across the plant workforce.
Mentor and Coach Lean
Six Sigma Green Belts:
Provide mentorship and coaching to
Green Belts and project team members, helping them build Lean Six Sigma
capabilities
and drive continuous improvement
Champion a Safety-First Culture
Advocate for and model aSafety First" culture
within the Plant. Provide tools and lead projects that enhance safety standards and
improve safety outcomes.

The annual pay range estimated for this position is $123,515.20 - $154,394.00 and is bonus eligible.
