We're seeking an experienced Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business owners and executive leaders throughout Southern and Central Oregon. In this role, you'll become an extension of your clients' leadership teams, providing guidance that strengthens operations, develops employees, mitigates risk, and drives sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive leadership teams.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through strategic consultation and exceptional service.
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and profitability.
- Partner with business owners to develop strategies for growth, workforce planning, succession planning, and operational excellence.
- Provide guidance on organizational development, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, and change management.
- Collaborate with BBSI's internal experts in Risk & Safety, Payroll, Human Resources, Workers' Compensation, and Employment Compliance to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
- Monitor client performance and proactively recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Support client retention and identify opportunities to expand partnerships through value-added consulting.
- Facilitate difficult business conversations while helping leaders navigate organizational challenges.
- Stay informed on employment regulations, workforce trends, leadership practices, and business best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, executive leadership, organizational development, human resources leadership, consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience advising business owners, executives, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, organizational strategy, and workforce planning.
- Experience leading organizational change, improving operational performance, and developing leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze business challenges and develop strategic, results-oriented solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance meeting BBSI requirements.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout Southern and Central Oregon, with occasional overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience in business consulting or executive coaching.
- PEO, human capital management, or outsourced business services experience.
- Knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation, safety, payroll, and human resources best practices.
- Experience with client relationship management and business development.
