What You'll Do

As a Business Performance Advisor, you'll become a trusted business coach and strategic advisor to ambitious
business owners across British Columbia.

Working directly with clients, you'll help them:

• Increase revenue and profitability
• Improve cash flow
• Build stronger leadership teams
• Develop sales and marketing systems
• Improve operational performance
• Recruit and retain exceptional people
• Increase business value
• Build businesses that create freedom instead of dependence on the owner

You'll facilitate:

• One-on-one business coaching sessions
• Quarterly strategic planning sessions
• Mastermind groups
• Leadership workshops
• Accountability and implementation meetings
• Business education programs

Most of your week is spent in direct client work, with the balance devoted to business development, referral relationships, and your own professional development.

This is not consulting from the sidelines. You won't simply tell people what to do. You'll help them implement proven systems, execute consistently, and achieve measurable business results.

Previous business coaching experience is not required. Strong business leadership experience is.

Your First Six Months

We invest heavily in helping every new advisor succeed. Your onboarding includes:

• Guaranteed base compensation during your first six months while completing certification and building your client portfolio
• Comprehensive ActionCOACH certification
• Structured mentorship with experienced advisors
• Weekly leadership and professional development
• Marketing and business development support
• AI-powered business systems and the proprietary ABOS business operating framework
• CRM and technology platforms
• Administrative support

You'll never be expected to build your portfolio alone.

Compensation and Career Growth

Our advisors are rewarded for helping clients achieve measurable business results. Compensation combines a guaranteed base during onboarding with performance-based earnings that grow alongside the recurring client portfolio you build and retain.

Target first-year earnings: $100,000 to $150,000

As your recurring client portfolio grows, your compensation grows with it. There is no predetermined ceiling, because your earnings are connected directly to the value you create for clients and the length of the relationships you build.

We'll review the full compensation model in detail during the interview process so you understand exactly how it works before making any decision.

Our Hiring Process

We believe hiring should be transparent, respectful, and efficient.

4. Meet with senior leadership to explore mutual fit and discuss the opportunity in greater detail.
5. Receive a hiring decision and, if successful, a formal offer outlining compensation, onboarding, and your development plan.
