Purpose
The Business Performance Analyst is a core member of the Business Performance and Optimization team. This role is responsible for translating financial and operational data into the performance reporting, strategic analysis, and executive insight that drives decision-making across all sites and at the board level.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. The Business Performance Analyst is not a back-office reporting function - they are a trusted analytical partner to leadership, shaping how the organization understands its performance and where it is headed.
