Business Performance Analyst Expert

Pay Rate: $60 - $80 per hour

Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote
Location: Oakland, CA

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end intake process for Power Platform requests within Procurement.
• Translate business requests into problem statements, functional requirements, and delivery plans.
• Assess feasibility, complexity, risk, and value of requests, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Drive prioritization and backlog management in partnership with Procurement leadership.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Ensure solutions follow standard design patterns and documentation practices.
• Lead user acceptance testing, production readiness, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with governance, SOX controls, data security, and audit requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement leaders and business partners.
• Monitor demand trends, solution usage, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other enterprise systems integrated with the Power Platform.
• Experience designing intake models or operating frameworks for digital delivery teams.
