Role Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support Business Operations within the North America Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS) organization. This role will focus on automating and maintaining recurring reporting deliverables, while improving the efficiency and scalability of billing operations processes.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a process improvement mindset, enabling consistent and timely outputs for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting Automation & Maintenance
  • Automate and streamline monthly and recurring reports for senior business stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting workflows (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Ensure consistent, timely refresh of reporting outputs with minimal manual intervention
  • Validate data accuracy across multiple sources and resolve inconsistencies
2. Stakeholder Reporting & Insights
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to refine reporting requirements
  • Deliver clear, concise insights and summaries to support business decision-making
  • Enhance reporting formats to improve usability and executive-readiness
3. Billing Operations Support
  • Manage and execute monthly billing processes (e.g., invoice intake, validation, submission)
  • Track billing timelines and ensure adherence to internal SLAs
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or simplification opportunities
  • Support documentation and standardization of billing workflows
4. Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort in reporting and billing activities
  • Implement automation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transition manual processes into scalable workflows
