    Job title: Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager Manufacturing Sites
    Job location: Fort Worth, TX (onsite)
    Job duration: 12 months (possibility to convert to FTE)
    Interviews: 2 rounds
    Schedule: Monday Friday 9am-5pm

    We foster an inclusive culture and are seeking diverse, talented individuals to join our team. As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.

    What You ll Do
    A typical day in this role includes:
    " Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision making.
    " Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
    " Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.
    " Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.
    " Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.
    " Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.
    " Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
    " Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.
    " Participating in special projects as needed.

    What You ll Bring
    " Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (HS +13 yrs; Associate +9 yrs; MS +2 yrs; PhD +0 yrs).
    " Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in English.
    " 5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.
    " CPA preferred.
    " Strong proficiency with financial systems and ability to retrieve cost information at a granular level.
    " Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    " Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, Alteryx, and internal systems.
    " Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.
    " Problem solving mindset with a passion for simplification.
    " Demonstrated success working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
    " Ability to perform in a demanding, resource constrained environment.
    " Proven track record of achieving results.
