This is an on‑site position; remote opportunities are not available.OverviewPlan program efforts of an organization's activities. Develop information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans.ResponsibilitiesAssist Program Manager in directing all phases of programs from inception through completion.Assist Program Manager with cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.Lead a cross‑functional team of associates with a wide range of skill sets, ensuring roles and responsibilities of all team members are well understood and executed.Ensure program‑wide focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.Identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.Manage subcontractor actions and performance.Control expenditures within the limitation of the project budget.Develop and manage performance metrics on assigned programs to drive continuous improvement.Develop and deliver presentations to management and other program stakeholders.Perform Risk and Opportunity Management.Basic Qualifications6 years of experience required, or2 years of work experience with a Bachelors degree, or0+ years of experience with a masters degree.Ability to lead cross‑functional teams to achieve a common project goal.Basic competency in project management skills.Ability to engage with customers and define project scope requirements.Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizen is a requirement.Competent in standard Microsoft Office software suite.Good communications and customer engagement skills.Preferred QualificationsA degree in a science, engineering, or a business program.Experience with DOD contracts.Active Security Clearance.Salary & BenefitsPrimary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00.
