Job Description
  • Are you energized by solving complex supply challenges and keeping high tech products moving? We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail driven supply chain professional to support semiconductor and memory commodities for sustaining networking products.
  • In this role, you’ll be at the center of materials management, supply health, and procurement execution—ensuring continuity of supply in a fast moving, high complexity environment.
  • This role requires exceptional Excel skills, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across suppliers, distributors, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to solve problems, drive process improvements, and keep supply flowing.
  • The ideal candidate understands the full end to end component supply chain and can proactively ensure continuity of supply while optimizing cost. Through detailed data analysis, you will identify risks, recommend solutions, and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen supply health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fulfillment strategies across component suppliers, distributors/3PLs, ODM/CM partners, and internal teams, including developing and executing an optimized inventory management approach.
  • Drive inventory management and improve turns in a dynamic environment while resolving shortages with urgency and precision.
  • Support co planning/CPFR activities with suppliers, including enhancing, automating, and maintaining reporting tools and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and supply health; identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Resolve component shortages by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Lead supply reporting, including dashboards, shortage summaries, and executive level updates.
  • Execute procurement activities such as PO management, lead time tracking, and supplier engagement.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive strategic actions.
  • Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience in material management, demand planning, supply chain operations, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of component level supply chains, ideally in high tech hardware.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with semiconductor or memory commodity management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Background in networking, server, or hardware manufacturing environments.
  • Process improvement mindset with experience driving operational efficiency
