Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst will play a key role in documenting, standardizing, and improving processes across the Finance, Accounting, Operations, Contracts, and Procurement functions within our Government Contracting (GovCon) organization. This role will support the development of enterprise-wide process documentation—including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow charts—and help ensure compliance with GovCon regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong process documentation skills, experience with MS Visio, a working understanding of GovCon financial operations, and familiarity with AI tools that can optimize workflow and documentation efforts.
Primary Job Functions
Education, Experience and Certification
Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in business process documentation, process analysis, and workflow design.
Preferred: 3 + years of experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or Contracts functions within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience working with GovCon ERP systems such as JAMIS, Deltek Costpoint, or Unanet.
