Key Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews and data analysis to develop current-state and future-state process maps and workflows.

  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and gaps, delivering data-driven recommendations for efficiency.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft and revise SOPs, business requirements, executive summaries, and performance dashboards.

  • Implementation & Change Management: Facilitate improvement sessions, define performance metrics (KPIs), and support the rollout of approved process changes.
