Business Process Analyst

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development and documentation, with experience in risk management and/or working with large financial institutions being a significant advantage. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in developing and documenting processes
• Proficiency in creating graphical and written documentation of workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Proficient in using Visio for graphical documentation
• Experience with SharePoint or Confluence
• Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and/or working with large banks
• Application management experience
• Positive energy and strong team collaboration skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Close gaps in documentation and process workflows
• Collaborate with Business Service Managers (BSM) to ensure proper posting on FG
• Provide high-quality graphical and written workflow documentation
