Required:
Availability to work 3–4 days/week at the Client's site in Oklahoma City, OK (required);
Experience with business analysis (3-5 years);
Experience with process improvement, project management, and performance management;
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
Experience with supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and enterprise-level improvement efforts;
Experience with developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation;
Preferred:
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or project management in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory, or similar service-related environments;
Experience with project management, change management, or business analysis professional certification or training;
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA);
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, and data analysis;
Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation;
Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, reports, and executive summaries;
Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff and stakeholders;
Develop process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements;
Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements;
