Our Client, a Global Financial company, is looking for a Business Process Analyst I for their Detroit, MI/Hybrid  location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer experience by delivering professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer and vendor escalations
  • Ensure all vendor support activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process invoices, incentives, and rebates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the implementation of new operational processes and enhancements to existing processes by applying operational and vendor monitoring expertise.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them clearly and promptly to leadership.Ensure all desk policies and procedures are current, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • College degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
  • One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain a professional phone and email manner.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain high levels of motivation, performance, and personal integrity aligned with client values.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations and/or implement solutions.
  • Demonstrate dependability and reliability.
  • Maintain a positive, cooperative, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
